Guidance Center - Enrollment Information
Welcome to Springport High School. If you are new and have moved into our district, please bring the following information to the high school guidance office:
- original birth certificate
- immunization records
- proof of residency within the district
- transcript
- exit grades (if enrolling during a semester)
- copy of IEP if receiving Special Education Services in your current district.
