Guidance Center - Enrollment Information

Welcome to Springport High School.  If you are new and have moved into our district, please bring the following                                                               information to the high school guidance office:

  • original birth certificate
  • immunization records
  • proof of residency within the district
  • transcript
  • exit grades (if enrolling during a semester)
  • copy of IEP if receiving Special Education Services in your current district.
