    Attention 8th graders:  If you plan to play football next year in High School please stop in the office and sign up with your contact information so Coach Swartzkopf can get reminders and information to you.

    There will be a mandatory Parent/Athlete Meeting for MS and HS Sideline Cheer on Tuesday, May 28th at 7pm in the High School Cafeteria. You must attend this meeting in order to try out for Sideline Cheer. If you have questions please contact Coach Caudill at 517-474-5198.
    Anyone going into grades 1st thru 8th next year can sign up for youth football and wrestling camp.  Dates are June 10, 11 and 12th. Football camp is from 9am to 11am and wrestling camp is from 12 to 1:30pm.  Lunch will be free.  Cost is $35 for youth football or wrestling camp or $50 if you do both camps.  Please pick up a flyer in the office.

    Attention girls going into grades 2 thru 8 next year: there will be a girls basketball camp June 17, 18 and 19 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.  cost is $40 which includes a t-shirt.  Please stop in the office and pick up a flyer and registration form.  Forms must be turned in with payment by June 13.
    Attention 8th grade girls interested in playing basketball next year in High School, Coach Saldana will be at the HS gym after school on Tuesday May 28th for a short meeting to go over the summer schedule.  Please plan to attend
    There will be a babysitting class at Eaton Rapids Medical Center on Tuesday June 25th from 9am to 3pm.  It is recommended that students be at least 11 years old to attend. The cost for this class is $30 and is to be paid the day of the class.  Each student also needs to bring a sack lunch.  Upon competition of the class the student will receive a Pediatric CPR card, a Basic First Aid card and a Babysitting Course certificate.  To register for class or for questions please call Cardio Pulmonary Resource Center at 1-800-900-2772

    How do you get a cow to stop charging?
     
    Hey there Springport Middle School Students, Its Your Business will be having a Cow Auction on May 28th and May 30th.  The cows will be coming from Mrs. Hofmans math class.  You could get a piece of math history.  The event will take place during your lunch time.  The highest possible bid will be $15 and if there is more than one person with $15 bid there will be a random drawing.  All money will be going towards the playground equipment.
