• Math       SUMMER SCHOOL      Thinker

We are excited to be offering summer School courses at Springport High School during June and July. This is an excellent opportunity for us to help your student to maximize their academics achievement and help them be successful next year. The main objective of this program is for students to recover credit they failed to earn during the school year and to increase their overall level of academic understanding in a particular subject area.
The program will run Monday through Friday. Classes will begin promptly at 8 AM and dismissal will occur at 12 PM. Transportation to and from school will be provided. The fee will be $100 per course that will be refunded if the student fulfills the requirements to earn credit in the course.
If your student failed only one semester of a course, the entire summer school course must be completed due to its condensed time frame.
Classes offered are determined at the end of the school year.
Students who have 2 unexcused absences in summer school will not earn credit in that course. In addition, E2020 courses must be completed during the summer session. If the teacher awards an extension, the class can be completed NO LATER THAN - the first day of school.
Please fill out the registration form and return it to Mrs. Hale no later than June 1st!  Forms can be picked up in the High School Office or Counseling Office.
