STUDENT / PARENT SCHOOL DOCUMENTS
Every year we update our records to be as accurate as possible and your help is imperative! Please update your contact information (name, contact numbers, email, address, etc.). Upon your submission of changes, the school will be notifited and your information will be updated.
Below are links to the important documents we must supply to our students and parents at the beginning of the school year. If you have any issues with viewing these documents, please contact the school. Hardcopies are also available in the school offices.
Your student will be sent home on the first day of school with a cannary colored paper titled "PARENT/STUDENT CONSENT FORM". Each item on this form can be electronically signed and agreed to through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. If you don't currently have a parent Portal Account, to create an account, please see the web letter sent home with your student in their packet. This letter has instructions on how to create a Powerschool Parent Portal Account with access ID, Password and your student PowerSchool Portal Username and Password.
If you use PowerSchool Parent Portal to update your contact information and electronically sign and agree to the school documents, there is no need to send the paperwork to school.
