Download the fillable form, complete Applicant Information and their current school principal MUST complete the bottom portion prior to submitting to Springport School District.

One application per student.

Once pre-registration is approved you will receive an email from Springport Public Schools with instructions on setting up a PowerSchool Parent Portal account. Please note, if you have multiple students you only need one portal account. Once you have an account, you will add your addition children to that account using the information in their letter.

You will then log into your PowerSchool Parent Portal account to complete other forms.

Additional forms will need to be completed at the school to finalize enrollment and original birth certificate and immunization record need to be brought in as well.

Enrollment packets with additional forms are available to pick up at our Central Office.
